Project Director is the strategic project & portfolio management platform. It gives you everything you need to deliver — milestones, risks, budgets, tasks — with the added clarity that what you're delivering is actually connected to something the organisation cares about.
Start your 14-day evaluation →The friction you deal with on every project
“Is this project still a priority?”
You’re halfway through delivery and nobody can tell you if the goal you’re building toward is still relevant. You keep going anyway.
“Can you update the status report for the board?”
You spend Friday afternoon writing a report that could have been generated automatically from the data you already have.
“Where are we with the budget?”
You’re tracking spend in a spreadsheet that nobody else can see, in real time, without asking you.
What you get
No more switching between tools. Your project lives in one system — with milestones on a live timeline, risks tracked and owned, expenses logged against budget, and tasks assigned with clear owners. Everything your delivery needs, without the admin overhead.
Every project in Project Director is linked to the portfolio and programme above it — and ultimately to the strategic objective it’s meant to deliver. You always know why your project exists. And when priorities shift, you’re the first to know, not the last.
RAG status is live, timestamped, and auditable. Share it upward in seconds. No more Friday afternoon report-writing. No more chasing team members for updates. The data is always current — because it lives where the work is tracked.
Project view

Is this another layer of admin on top of my project plan?
No. Milestones, tasks, risks and budgets live in the same place as everything else, so there is no separate reporting exercise. Because status rolls up automatically, the weekly update you currently assemble by hand is already there.
Do I still get a normal project view?
Yes. Switch between list, kanban and timeline depending on the work in front of you. The data underneath stays the same, so changing view does not mean re-entering anything.
How do status reports get produced?
From the data already in the project. Progress, RAG status, risks with owners, and budget against actual are current, so a report reflects the project as it stands rather than as it was when someone last updated a spreadsheet.
Can I share progress with a client without giving them an account?
Yes. Generate a secure read-only link to a project snapshot and send it to a client or stakeholder. They see status without needing an account, and it does not consume a seat.
Why does the strategic side matter to me?
Because a project inherits the objective and KPI of the programme and portfolio above it, you can show what your delivery contributed rather than only that it finished on time. It also makes the case for resource when your project is competing with others.
Can I try it before involving the whole team?
There is a free 14-day trial with full feature access and no card required. Paid use is £15 per seat, per month with a minimum of 10 seats, so £150 per month as a floor.
One live project. See how it feels to have everything in one place.
