Do I have to wait for someone to prepare a pack?
No. The dashboard is live the moment you sign in: objectives health, KPI status, portfolio financial health, budget against spend, and RAG status across every project. Nothing is reconstructed for a meeting.
Can I see which initiatives to stop funding?
Yes. Because each project carries the objective and KPI it was funded against, work that is no longer contributing is visible as exactly that. Ideas are also scored for strategic alignment before they are approved, so the decision is recorded rather than assumed.
Will I need training to use it?
The executive view is read-first. You land on a dashboard rather than a project plan, and permissions mean the board sees strategy while the PMO sees delivery detail. Most executives use a handful of views and nothing else.
Is our data secure?
The platform is built to enterprise-grade standards appropriate for the sectors it serves, including finance, insurance and large IT organisations. Data is held on Supabase infrastructure in the EU, and access is controlled by five role tiers enforced at row level.
What does it cost?
